I recently stopped doing a lot of tricep extension work (crushers, overhead, french, bla bla bla) and started doing close-grip bench (tucked elbows) and weighted dips (they dont hurt at all)

besides those two, what is another good one?

db kickbacks and pull downs (also reverse grip).
    narrow grip pressing also helps

    :werd: I love it too

I did pushdowns today...not bad as long as I don't let my elbows flare out at all

if extensions aggravate someone's elbow then JM press probably will also

a supinated (reverse) grip is easier on the elbows

supinated grip on pulldowns/any cable work really aggravates my wrists for some reason
