Another CEE Question

    I was going to not clutter up the board but Sgt. Ownage's pm box is full...:nono: Anyway I'm wondering do I need to keep this consistently in my system to be effective? I always take it on lifting days of course and the day after, but I'm wondering if for whatever reason it's 4 days until my next lifting day I need to keep taking them on all of those long off days.

    t-nation says you don't need to load or take it on any day but lift day. they seem to know their shit.

    Interesting, I always thought I was supposed to take it on the day afterwards too. I'm also splitting up the 5g serving (2.5 before and 2.5 after workout), although I've read that to be controversial as well.
