Alright after cutting for a while i've gotten my weight down from 195-160lbs. I want to start builking and get more muscle. The problem is that I don't want to get really overweight again, so I don't know if eating ALOT would help me in that case, since my metabolism sucks and I gain weight real fast. Can I have some advice?

1 scoop is usually around 100-130 calories. It'll say on the package though

my advice is to not go crazy and eat everything in sight like some people here will tell you. it may be good for ecto's but definatly not former fattays.

maybe start around 3,000 cals and adjust if you're not gaining/gaining too fast.
