alright i was about 205 a year and half ago... now i am currently 152... at 5'11.. i recently stopped doing vigorous cardio and concentrated on lifting "big" From going fat ass to skinny i guess sucks when you have absoutly have no muscle to back it up... well.. after some heavy lifting and eating "alot" i have noticed little gain in muscle mass but i want to have some nice abs... it seems like no matter how skinny i am there is a "fat" around my waist line that i cannot get rid of... what should i do..

I do not want to be a "big" powerlifter just want a nice lean body.. not too skinny :mamoru: help me:x:

I wouldn't worry "too" much about getting "big" from what you "say". Also, "150" at 5'11 is "skinny" as fuck.

But hey, "emo" "girls" like that emaciated "look"

When I was 220 @ 5'11" i thought i'd only want to get to 180 at the very very least, i was expecting to be lean enough at 190.

I got to 170 and still had more fat to lose. But I didn't want to look like an auschwitz survivor so i started bulking.
