Every time I start up my laptop, the System32 folder pops up and I have no idea why. Any ideas?
Could the system32 folder have been added to your startup menu??
Start -> Programs -> Startup
See if there's anything about that folder there.
did you recently install netscape? that used to happen because some aol component (registry key) was installed by default with netscape and added a registry key that called a program in \systemroot\system32 that didn't exist. i don't recall where the key lived though
that usta happen 2 me to until i reformted
There's nothing in startup folder with it, and I haven't installed netscape. I don't remember exactly when it started unfortunately...
