MMA Ankle/Wrist weights

    What are peoples views on ankle/wrist weights? Are they a 'no go' area in training?

    It's a good look. You and chechen could chase each other around the gym with them.

    . on the weighted vest. ankle weights are good for specific exercises. if you run with them you're just going to fuck up your ankles/knees.

    yeah, use a weighted vest. I heard the ankle weights can fuck up your joints :sad2:

    Thats what I guessed. Too much pressure on the joints I guess.

    ankle weights will fuck up your knees, if you use the ones that strap around your quadracep they wont dammage your knees. Same thing for weighted vest as long as you dont go to crazy on the weight
