    160lb @ 11.5% BF

    Diet: Aiming for about 4200 cals and 220g protein average.

    Couple of off days threw me off. Weight took a nosedive. :wtc:
    I was hoping to break 165.... guess that won't be happening for awhile. :hsd:

    today's diet was just absolutely horrible... so horrible that I had to post it. Woke up late for work and couldn't get a breakfast or lunch in. Went to the gym shortly after and barely get a pre and post workout drink in. Then played poker for 8 hours straight without food. It's now 7am... I'm so hungry and so tired... I feel so small right now; weighed in at 157 :hs:

    I just to think I have shitty recovery but the truth is I probably just wasn't eating enough. I'm thinking the plateau is caused by
    not enough cals --> poor recovery --> low volume training --> not enough stimulus for growth.

    My new goal is going to be 4200 cals a day and higher volume than before. Started it off today and feeling fantastic :wiggle:

    Since I've been keeping it around 4200 cals, my bodytemp feels incredibly warm lately, especially at night. I used to comfortably wear pants and tshirt, and shirt around my room. Now I'm pantsless, shirtless, and still sweating.

    BF measurement went to up 15.6% :wtf:
    Checked and rechecked and it kept being around that. I don't think it's possible for it to jump up that much and I'm clueless as to what's going on. There's now a noticable bulge in my stomach area, and yet my weight remains the same. :wtf:
    I'm planning to keep it at 4200 cals until the next weigh-in and decide from there what to do if I hit [email protected]%bf or something

    Cheat day yesterday, and feeling great today. Went for a max on the squat and hit 250, up from 230.

    I feel embarrassed for posting a diet this bad but it's exam time and i'll probably eat like shit until may.

    Weight: 164
    new record. Not sure how this happened but i'll take it :coold:
    This is the very first time I have ever been 164! :wiggle:

    Weight still at 164. Due to exams, I'm averaging 3000 cals a day and not involved in any substantial exercise. Looks like my sedentary maintainence is around 3000, and at around 3700 when i'm active.

    Trying to keep my diet up as well as i can during exams. :hs:

    Haven't lifted in over a week but finally felt good today so tried some maxes.
    New bench max: 150lb
    Dead: pulled 290 but it felt heavy. Could probably pull 300+ but not without risking craptacular form.

    I noticed a pattern where I usually feel great and energetic after not eating at all for a day. It seems I always break a new max everytime I don't eat for a day :confused:

    New weight record: 166lb
    I'm eating alot worse than before, and yet steadily gaining weight? Quick estimate ballparks my weekly badminton calorie expenditure at around 10k cals, or 1k an hour. I would have guessed 5-600ish but i guess all those explosive movements are incredibly draining. Or it could just be that i'm eating less protein and more carbs.

    whatever you're using to estimate the calorie expenditure could also be inaccurate.

    i'm calculating expenditure based upon cals ins and weight change. If i'm maintaining @ 3500cals vs. gaining 2lb/wk @ 2700 cals, there's a 14,000 cal difference per week. I'm allocating 4000 cals to weightlifting and bicyling. The only thing the last 10k can be explained from is badminton.

    either I'm accidentally cutting, I just gained a lot of water, or the bf values are jumping all over the place.

    mainted 172 for 3 weeks then plummetted down

    edit: lost a shitload of muscle (10lb ish)
    bf% now up to 16.6%
    got pwned by lack of protein
    strength is about the same at least
