MMA anarobic conditioning what do you do

    trying to come up with a sprinting routine or some kind of anerobic conditioning. I have this track at my gym thats about 1/16 of a mile so im thinking of sprinting one end of the track to the other and then walking back and doing another sprint when I get back to the original position and doing that 10 times.

    run underwater with a snorkel while carrying a stone and you'll have excellent cardio

    Incline sprints and if you don't care what people thing, do really long runs with a snorkel on... As dumb as it sounds it is an awesome form of anaerobic conditioning, actually i think thats how wand was preparing for chuck
