I couldn't find anything in the stickies, but I wanted to know if anyone has tried it and could give me feed back on their cycle before I try this stuff.

does it help you lose body fat at all, or does it make you bloat.

Sometimes I play halo when I ride the exercise bike, so I would recommend it.

You'd probably be better off with drolz and tesuterone Anabolic

Serious answer: dont bother.. it's a total waste of money.

Muscletech products are 99% marketing. The active ingredients are sugar, a few amino acids and some creatine - all of which you can buy all of those in bulk elsewhere.

Bulk creatine or creatine ethyl ester (CEE)
A decent protein supplement ("ON Gold Standard" is a safe bet)
And some bulk dextrose, maltodextrin or waxy maize starch for a carb source

All of that, in much larger quantities, will cost less than "Anabolic Halo" and are actually tried, tested and KNOWN to work.

i'm going to bump this, becuase I have been using Anabolic Halo and I've felt it's helped my recovery time. However, I agree that muscletech has sucked me in with their marketing.

In replace of Halo I want to get what Marix mentioned above
    -
    Creatine
    dextrose

anything else? I just want to duplicate the gains I've had from this. and I am already taking protein and oats.
