Thank you for recognizing the irony. I hope your YouTube friend learns something from this...
It's just a minor usability issue.
They need to fix their caching.
Keyboard not found, press F1 to continue??
I see this every day.
glitch in the matrix?
What does she do at youtube? Are they hiring?
i think rite now she does QA, bug fixes and such. she was working at Google before, then was transferred to Youtube after the acquisition. im surprised shes not developing tho, since she's CS. then again, she's pretty sick of coding, so that may not be a bad thing.
How much does she make?
$45K-ish or so. dont remember the exact number. definitely between 40-50 tho. i dont know what the market is like these days. is that too little? average?
iono if she works 50+ hour weeks, but i do agree that it's a low number. and she's moving to San Francisco too...
question about youtube. when you guys input text into the search box and then press TAB, does the cursor move to the YOUTUBE image/home link? it does on my browser and its very very annoying. why doesnt the TAB move to the SEARCH button? everytime i type something in i would press TAB and then ENTER and it'll reload the page retarded..
She should at least be making 50k, more if in SF.
Then again...Google perks are unparalleled...free food 24/7 ftw.
Just plug in a keyboard, and press the F1 key
and apparently they have an EXTREMELY good transport service for their employees, even better than most public transportation. Google
they really do take care of their employees, in more ways than one
