An Easy Fix for Tennis Elbow: Just twist a flexbar for a few weeks

    Anyone tried this or heard about this? My elbow hurts like fuck and I would love a way to keep elbow pain at bay and still be able to lift.

    oh man, might try this also. My elbows hurt like a motherfucker after doing standard grip pull ups.

    I also would recommend Lynx Grips. They give the same effect of having the oversized thick bar for all your lifts.

    It looks really thin, but it makes a massive difference. Adding 1/8" or a 1/4" to the radius or diameter of a bar that is 2 inches thick at most is a big difference.

    The Fat Gripz do look better than the Lynx Grips, but the Fat Gripz are also about three times more expensive.

    the technique isn't at all about making the bar fatter. It's about creating eccentric resistance in the elbow/wrist area.

    Oh, I guess it's just a coincidence that they didn't make this bar the same thickness as a piece of string.
