I have a 300/4 Jl amp and at first I thought i was blown but it doesn't smell burn, so I'm thinking it's the fuses, but I don't know much about audio stuff, so where are the fuses?

Those look like ceramic resistors...certainly not fuses. Check the fuse under the hood with a continuity meter. Sometimes they appear fine and are actually blown. Check the remote wire is reading 12V at the amp and input voltage is above 10V.

If the amp is not working and you have checked all the above, then you will need to send the amp in for service.

It tells you in the manual that there are no user replacable fuses in JL amplifiers. You will have to send it in for repair.
