amount of CEE to take?

    on my 250g jug of primaforce CEE it says to take 2 grams before workout, and 2 grams afterwards... now, i've never taken CEE, or any creatine before, and i just thought that looked a little low for a dosage...

    im ~137 5'7 and looking for the right amount to take pre and post workout

    and also, im trying to bulk now, what weight should i try to get to?

    I'd follow the instructions, and I'd bulk until you're satisfied with your weight and how you look. There's no magic number.

    my cee pills are 2.5g in the morn, and 2.5 in the afternoon i think, so that sounds about right.

    edit - checked and its 2.1

    okay, and should also take another type of creatine with it, or is that overkill?

    I was wondering about that too.. wrestling season is over and I want to get up to 140-150 over summer and cut to 133's for next season. I currently weigh around 128-133 and I take 5g of creatine in the morning but the directions say to take 10g a day which worries me cause I don't wanna fuck up my liver or anything. I still drink a lot of water but I don't know if its safe to take 10g of creatine for my body size.

    Is there no creatine/per lb guideline? Anyone? Thanks.

    Oh and I'm taking monohydrate creatine currently which would explain the high dosage compared to CEE but I plan on switching once I'm done finish my current creatine.

    3g before your workout would be perfect.

    2 before 2 after is just as good.

    No need to take 10g a day or so.

    And creatine doesn't hurt your liver.

    yea, i just looked up what exactly sets apart CEE from other creatines, and now it makes sense with the whole low-dosage thing, thanks for all the help

    and to the dude who said something about creatine and his liver... as far as i know creatine doesn't fuck up your liver

    10g's is fine. Creatine doesnt mess with your liver. If anything it will be your kidneys if you arent drinking enough water - gotta flush out the creatinine (by product of creatine). You'll be fine, just drink your water and there arent any issues. Hell, bigdamray gets up to 60g's a day.

    its very safe, the one biggest problem noted in the full article came way back in the day with a guy that already had existing kidney problems, and the issues subsided after he stopped supplementing creatine
