I'm about to pick up a case or 2 of .223 but I don't really know whats good these days. Is there any reason not to buy this: http://palmettostatearmory.com/168.php ?
My last case was PMC but I don't know if its the same stuff, what I have have now is in white/red boxes.

If you're getting a case check out some milsup from aimaurplus or something like it. They have 2008 Centurion for $170 for 500 rounds with ammo can.

    All the PRVI I've shot runs well. I've shot the M193 (5.56) and their 75gr match (.223). They also have 55gr & 62gr .223, and are coming out with a 69gr .223.

    Wideners has the M193 & M855 5.56 in stock, and the 55gr & 75gr .223 in stock.
