    alanine-l-glutamine
    beta-alanine
    ALCAR
    ALTYR

most BCAA's have poor taste and miscibility. added to proteins, with suitable amounts of fat (lecithin or other) does help alot (hence why they are unnoticeable in ON and other protein powders)

BCAA's can be useful during calorie restriction or close to maintainance type diets, they have little impact on bulking diets with sufficient protein.

its a bit frightening the variance in meat quality sometimes. anyone know if they are still able to pump meat with carbon monoxide to keep it pink? (know there was a call for a ban, but have not heard since)

btw- free range cattle or buffalo meat is the best, brands like natural select. Lean hormone free meat :).

if I'm getting a steak at a restaurant its a ribeye... they are perfectly marbled and have a great flavor. If I'm at home, I know how to grill a perfect NY Strip.

    This is what you do:

    1. Get GF who doesn't eat steak
    2. Bring her to Black Angus
    3. Have her eat sides and order you Prime Rib
    4. Order yourself New York Strip
    5. Use coupon- buy one get one free
    6. Win

You have to go to a place that specializes in steak, like a steakhouse. Same thing with Fish. Can't expect to go to Dennys, order a T-Bone and eggs and expect it to taste good. :o

The only problem here is dealing with a girl who doesn't eat steak. NFG IMO.
