um the wrestler says this about the armbar

But I have yet to see anything that you can show me which we could not match here in America, and in some respects improve upon."
I noticed that the armbar is the main technique listed there that is visible in today's MMA world (I don't know much about grappling-only style competitions and what's popular/common there, but I'd imagine it's more of the same)... A lot of that stuff simply looks too technical.
