Looking good except for those god awful neon green wheels. Come on man, at least paint them black or something, anything but that color.

are you color blind and muscle car ignorant?

It's yellow.. the same color as the outside of the car.

A LOT of Mopars came with body colored steel wheels with 'dog dish' hubcaps (which I have in the garage).. here's some pics:

You do nice work, and nevermind the haters bitchin about the wheels. Musclecars always has crazy paint schemes and colors, if it didn't it wouldn't be a musclecar. I have a hugger orange camaro with white stripes and the point is it stands out and turns heads. I used POR 15 on my front suspension just like you did, I guess it's sort of the same stuff. your car is going to be real clean.

thanks for the compliments and nice comments guys! I'm used to people not understanding the whole 'muscle car' thing, especially with something like a Dodge Dart because it's not as common to see one fixed up as it is to see a Camaro, Chevelle, Mustang, or something. I have a pretty clear vision in my head of what I want to do with the Dart, and I'm staying focused on that vision and trying not to deviate too much from it. I know that when it's done, it'll definitely turn heads and look good.

Hey Rumpy.. post some pics of your Camaro.. I'd like to see it!
I may be a 'mopar guy', but I like and respect ALL muscle cars.. we've all got to stick together :)

Very fucking  project. Nice progress. Good luck with it, and definitely keep us updated.

    I had a 68 Coronet back in the day. I still have a soft-spot for old Mopars.:coold:

Nice project man. I think its cool when someone gets the chance to build an old muscle car up the way they want. Keep up the good work.

Looks like it will be nice when it is finished. What else do you have planned for it... engine, suspension?
