    Thanks for any feedback everyone! :)

    Thanks for telling me what I fucked up, but the camera stays. :rofl:

    Okay:
    OOF = out of focus;
    DOF= Direction of Focus?;
    Blown highs means the lights parts are fucked up;
    pelf..?;

    On the lens flare in the second one, I was just experimenting :o (Not being paid to do this, I can fuck around).

    Also my bad on the amount of pictures, I'll keep below 5 pics next time.

    DOF = depth of field
    pelf = horizon isn't level (it's a term we use on OT, sorry.)

    damn pilky do you lack a sense of humor in real life like you do here? :ugh:

    I guess I should have just said "ZOMG! WHAT GREAT FUCKING PHOTOS!!!! CALL MoMA AND SMITHSONIAN, STAT!!!!11!" That would have been very useful, now wouldn't it? Here's a thought, take the rod out of your ass.

    edit: You know what, I'm not letting you off that easy. It's always you <100 post, 20something, noobs that think all critiques should be some fluffy, warm, fuzzy, puff of sunshine blown up the thread starters ass. BULLSHIT. It's not about being bitter or miserable or anything else, and frankly that is a bunch of trolling presumptuous crap that people spew when the don't know anything about anything.

    If wankers like you had their way, this place would be like EVERY other photo forum on the internet where everyone is so utterly preoccupied with "omg, I can't be honest because that might hurt someones feelings." that they can't or won't say what they actually think. Those forums end up with people posting what is frankly a pile of abject crap and the responses are all like "wow, great pics!".

    When I post on forums looking for critique, I don't want to be fed a bunch of ego biscuits. It's dishonest, and completely fucking useless. I realy don't care if you are sitting there masturbating to my bokeh, I'd like to know what could be improved. THAT is the only way to get better over time. Having people feed you a bunch of psyche stroking fluff will make you think you're the next Robert Mapplethorpe or James Nachtwey. Only honest critique can both inform a person of what needs to be better AND motivate them to actually try harder.

    So, which of these do you honestly think the thread starter could use to get better the next time he picks up his camera?

    Maybe before you make it to 100 posts you can get a crowbar and pry your head out of your ass. If you are looking for people to feed you bullshit politically correct reviews, here's a few places you could go:

    http://www.dpreview.com/
    http://www.fredmiranda.com/
    http://photography-on-the.net/forum/
    http://www.accessphoto.com/forum/
    http://photo.net/
    http://www.opensourcephoto.net/forum/
    http://www.iphotoforum.com/forum

    Don't let the door hit you on the way out. :wavey:

    BTW, if you couldn't tell that I was writing a lot of my original post with my tongue FIRMLY planted in my cheek, then you really are a mincing little humorless prat. /yourself.

    Pilky I asked for harsh critiques so I could improve my photos. Either say something useful or stop shitting on my thread by arguing about some beef you have with another person. Thanks.

    Fucking fuck. I could build a bridge from San Francisco to Taiwan in the time it takes this thread to finish loading. Too many pictars.

    Chimpo, your critique's are always welcome. If I'm sucking at something I want to know what. Don't sugarcoat it.

    I put a 56k warning in the title, I don't know if you guys do this, but other forums I come from people will put this in threads with lots of pictures to warn people with slow internet the thread will take long to load...

    And yeah if someone sucks at driving you should tell them they suck, not "Oh your okay... :eek3:". Because they could kill someone. Same thing applies to photos, except less life and death. It is the only way to improve.

    But, but, but I have cable. :wtc:

    There's something seriously wrong with the wireless router we've got in this house. I'm clueless when it comes to that shit though. Alls I knows is that when this computer was hooked up downstairs to the actual cable the internet ran 11ty times faster.

    it's not just you.

    just because you put a 56K warning in the thread title, doesn't mean that you can use a crap server to upload
