So this is my family right now:

    What you are looking at:
    12 Ga Mossberg Maverick Model 88 5+1 (for now...:hs:)
A Cabelas dry box full with 155 ESTATE 00 Buck shells, ~75 #4 Birdshot shells (for hunting small/medium game, and as a last case resort for self defense/deterrence should the the 00 run dry)

5.56mm/.223 Bushmaster AR15-A2 (soon to be A3 w/ 3x mag. for AimP M3) w/ Aimpoint Comp M3, Hogue Grip, Blackhawk QD sling, and Harris Bipod. Six 30 rounders and two 20 rounders loaded and RtG.

    A .50 cal dry ammo box w/ ~1400 55gr 5.56 Sellier and Belliot FMJBT rounds, 360 62gr .223 HP Silver Bear rounds, 160 55gr .223 Ultramax NBT rounds.

Ceiner .22 conversion kit w/ one stock 10 round mag, two 30 round Black Dog Machine mags (3 more OTW), 200 40gr .22LR CCI Velocitor Gold Dot Hollow Points in two re-used 100 round bricks.

(Not shown in picture: Another 1k of assorted .223/5.56mm ammo, two bricks of the regular 500 .22LR Federal Gold Tip rounds, a Glock 23 [Picking her up in a week :coold:] and then the 500+ rounds of .40 S&W that I will get sometime after I pick up the grenad..I mean Glock. And my BoB with everything I need in it to bug out for a few days in an urban then > north central Fl environment.)
    Another shot:

Also, I (us southwest Floridians need to rendezvous somewhere :hsd:) would be riding out in my 4runner, which just had all 4 tires replaced the other day. Running Goodyear run-flats now:

Sorry about the blurry/shaky picture...I was pretty shaken up
    [IMG]

...when my maine coon tactical attack cat ambushed me from behind. Shit was scurry fellas :noes::eek4::wtc:

(The funny thing is, this cat is 100% more like a dog than any cat out there. Loves water [If I turn the shower on, she GETS IN and plays. Think wharlgharblblblblble], plays fetch with paper balls, sleeps at the foot of my bed, waits for me at the front door until I get home, wakes me up at 7am for food, licking my face and purrting at me and follows me everywhere. As in, as loyal as can be. She also will FUCK you up with all 19 pounds of claws, thick fur and sharp ass fucking teeth if she is pissed at you. lol. )

Okay /cat bullshit. Dogs are > * lets sing the man song, shotgun 5 beers consecutively, and fist bump our sweaty, testostrone seeping chests while chanting "OOH AHH ACKTAH! OOH AHH ACKTAH!" Okay, man level re-established:

What are you guys packin' right now weapons/ammo/supplies wise, in this rather volatile economic environment? Oh and by the way, this is just for fun. I really don't think the shit is going to hit the fan next week (always possible, however not probable) but I am a realist, so Its always interesting, and important to think about what you would need to do in a SHTF situation.

    :wtc: Whycome?

Yeah, I have been super busy getting my media and video production company off the ground, so the 360 has taken a very dusty back seat for a few months here. I want to get back on play a few matches, I just need to find some time here at night to get on live. :hs:

What happens if your BOV gets two flat tires?

I have a spare under the rear of the vehicle ;)

EDIT: Plus these run-flats are some serious tires. I was in the shop pretty much the whole time (im a grease monkey at heart, and wanted to see how they do whole process) the tires were being installed and my car was being aligned. Anyways, they are some really beefy RFls and you could drive on them for a good bit before the thick side wall supports begin to break down.

Market Garden wants a maine coon so bad, but he's afraid that if we get one, he'll like it more than Perry, our dog-like Siamese.

Well, I dont speak for everyone on this forum, but I know most of us get out to the range quite a bit. Most of of us including me have taken or will be taking advanced training courses on how to use our weapon systems, whether it be Rifle/Carbines, Shotguns or Pistols and are pretty proficient with said weapons. I mean im taking a few good classes this winter, and have taken one in the past, so its not like were a bunch of mall ninjas.

    Well...maybe some of us.

i like it. it feels good, its accurate, its light, and that particular model isnt compatible with anything!

i must say tho, if i were to go back and chose another pistol...id get the P99 in a 9mm post 2004 so i could put a light on it.
