    um, his stats are believable

1- that workout shouldnt be giving you cramps
2- check your electrolyte levels (how much sodium/potassium do you get per day?)
3- how much water do you drink per day?
4- how much rest do you get (body wise) every night and inbtwn workout sessions? how much rest do your tris get? (btwn workouts)

in the meantime i'd just add sea salt (1/4teaspn to every meal including your pre/post/during shake)

4-rest - shitty rest at night maybe 5-6 hours sleep
-rest between sessions- i work out mon tue wed rest thu rest fri, workout sat, rest sun

well 5 out of 6 of those exercises are hitting your tris so you're going to feel some fatigue

combine that with sub-par nutrition/water/rest and yeah you'll get cramps

I'd guess probably not. The levels will change with all sorts of things - infection being one of them.

And yes.. sea salt. Sodium, plus it has iodine which you need for a healthy thyroid.

Low potassium will cause cramping so the easy thing to do is try a few bananas and see if that helps.

But to be honest, most protein shakes, sports nutrition drinks etc have sodium and potassium plus a load of other vitamins/minerals/salts in them. I don't see you being deficient.

Are you sure it's actual cramping.. you're not just tensing/contracting your tricep so much that it hurts?
