I'd replace the flax with fish...

    That's my list minus BCAAs & antioxidants/gte.

Instead of using whey during the day, use something with a blend of proteins like nitrean.

Might want to try CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) if the Mono doesnt work out for you.

Yeah that was my plan, mono is pretty inexpensive nowadays anyway. I have a question about mono, if I get some water retention, does that mean it's working for me, or can I be a non-responder while still getting the water retention?? As for the casein protein, can I simply drink milk before going to sleep? What about cottage cheese, is it casein proteins also?

Yes, any dairy product has casein protein so cottage cheese, milk, ice cream, etc are all great bed time snacks.

Stop worrying so much about taking a bunch of different supps, get in the gym and lift. Fix your diet to meet your goals and stick with it.

Oh you don't have to worry, I'm probably the most dedicated person in my gym. I base my life around working out now. Also, as lame as it sounds, I still live with my parents (I'm 20 years old and still going to school), and my mom has been very supportive. She knows I have to eat lots of protein, so she cooks lots of chicken, turkey, etc. Oh, and the fridge is always packed with cottage cheese. I've told her to try and limit the food containing carbs for supper, so it's usually a meat intensive meal. The good thing about this is my 2 parents also benefited from this, because they both eat what she prepares for me also :big grin:

P.S: I apologize about my english, I'm a french canadian rawr.

P.P.S: Make fun of me for living with my mom.
