Am I gonna get sore after EVERY time i work out?

    sometimes yes, sometimes no.

    never as sore as you are the first week or two you're working out.

    Not necessarily. Like 'pump', soreness (or lack tehre of) isn't a good indicator of a the quality of a workout.


    Personally, I love DOMS (to a point), but I find the more I workout, the less I get them.

    I'm usually so sore it's painful for 4 days afterwards.

    Do some people get DOMS worse than others?

    I feel like an old man or something..

    :rofl: Iget sore every time. Sometiems my delts aren't sore after shoulder day, but my back, chest, legs, etc. are ALWAYS sore.

    it's been a little over a week since I started workin out again, and I've been sore to a certain degree every day... it's getting better though, less after each workout.

    I think lots of good nutrition and water help. :dunno:
