So I recently found out that I am lactose intolerant and I also gave up eating beef too so I can diet and stay away from Fast Food (I used to eat it everyday). But now instead I find myself eating Chinese Take-out and I wanted to know if what I'm eating is right and if not what changes can I take.

Breakfast - Glass of Soy Milk/Grande Iced Caramel Machiatto with Soy Milk
*Depends on Time and if I'm not still awake

Lunch - Brocolli with Garlic Sauce w. White Rice and a bottle of water
*Occasionally for lunch if I'm craving something different or meat I'll get grilled chicken on a roll but usually this is what I eat.

Dinner - A California roll and a Spicy Tuna Roll (sushi)

Snack - Glass of Soy Milk

Thing is I work 2 jobs. Ones full-time on the weekdays and the others part-time. So I work 9-5 and then 6-10 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then the weekends I work the part-time 6 hours on both Saturday and Sunday so really I'm lacking time and energy

your diet is horrible man. just because you are lactose intolerant means nothing. i was lactose intolerant when i was younger and would take some otc pills that allowed me to drink milk and be fine. thankfully i eventually grew out of it. but the whole cutting out beef is stupid man. learn to prepare your own food, its easier than you think. chicken, tuna, lean beef.. its all soooo easy to prepare, soo learn to do it!

Here is one really really simple and cheap day, you need to cater this to your tastes, but at least it is healthier than what youve been eating. This is about 3000 calories worth so cut/add to your needs. Others will add im sure, this is only a simple simple framework.

    Get up
sandwich, banana, yogurt, 20Oz Water =23.4g protein, 7.5g fat, 77 carbs

    Two hours laterpb&j, cottage cheese, 8oz Milk = 33g protein, 22g fat, 79g carbs

Two hours latersandwich, banana, can of tuna, 20Oz water = 47.4g protein, 10.5g fat, 64g carbs

Two more hours spaghetti 1.5cup, 1/2 cup sauce, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup corn, 20z water = 23g protein, 9 fat, 146 carbs

    Two morepb&j, 8oz milk, apple, 20oz water = 22g protein, 19g fat, 101g

i don't see a 300 pound human giving up beef, they obviouisly loved food alot to get to that point...
however i don't see why any person would ever give up beef unless they had to for some strange alergie or something.

I was referring to your AV, and cum would be their source of protein... Either way some sort of response from this guy(/girl?) would be nice.

Lactaid...it's milk for the lactose intolerant (such as myself...)....
Also try and get a whey supplement w/ Lactase in it (ON Whey does... man that stuff owns...)

You REALLY need to get major protein into your diet!!! Even if you don't eat beef, there's chicken, fish....you NEED PROTEIN and not just from soy milk!

    Yep. Would have to agree.

According to the diet your main protein source is from the soy milk and the miniscule amounts of tuna from sushi.

Each order is like 6 rolls.
Though still not enough protein IMO.
Doesn't the sushi not in rolls where the fish is placed on top of the rice have larger fish portions? GO with those at least...or sashimi.

Calories are what counts most when bulking if I remember correctly. Protein is needed in your body anyway, and protein shakes are just an easier means to obtain the wanted amount of protein.

And yes, that diet from the thread starter is horrible.

You definitely need some meats, fish and chicken are great! Never give up beef. I also think you need to eat more often.

Biggest question here is what are your goals?!
