Am I eating well?

    I've read the stickied guidelines for proper eating, but i'm having a hard time figuring out what my caloric/carb/protien/fat intake should look like. Anyone care to lend a hand?

    As the journal says, I'm down 17 lb. from last month, following a diet very similar to this one. I've been following a 10x3 workout for weights as well as a vigorous aerobic schedule.

    The only part i'm confused with is what I should be eating to encourage weight loss, because even after reading a large portion of the sticked material, i'm still in the dark. :hsughno:

    Perhaps you should reread the stickes I dont think I see anywhere it says to eat 60% Carbs, 20% Protien,and 10% Fat

    I'm trying around 50% proteine 10% fat 40% carb for the next weeks, at 2100 calories each day. Combined with 5-6 workouts each week.

    As long as most of the carb comes from fruit, and you use it while working out it's good
