I've read the stickied guidelines for proper eating, but i'm having a hard time figuring out what my caloric/carb/protien/fat intake should look like. I've been following a 10x3 workout for weights as well as a vigorous aerobic schedule. The only part i'm confused with is what I should be eating to encourage weight loss, because even after reading a large portion of the sticked material, i'm still in the dark.
