Everything is done 3 sets of 8 reps unless otherwise noted.

    Incline DB Press
    1-2x8 incline DB fly's
    Flat DB Press
    1-2x8 flat DB fly's
    Decline BB Press
    1x8 decline DB fly's
    Medium to heavy pin-pulls
    Cable crosses

Sometimes I skip doing fly's or only do them on incline/flat and sometimes I skip doing the cable crosses, but that's the general routine I stick with...takes ~1-1.25 hours.

If you think I'm doing too much, let me know what I should take out.

My back day is the day after I do chest and it "warms me up" for deadlifts and other back work. It doesn't make that much sense, but I did pin-pulls on chest day a couple weeks ago and I noticed that I felt better on my back day because of it, so I figure I'd keep it up :dunno:

Anyway, is that too much for chest day or is it fine?

That's quite a bit. You might try to fit some clap ush-ups into there. It'll give you a natural motion exercise to include in your workout.

So do 2x8 with all of the bench presses/fly's and 3x8 with the pinpulls?

Above suggestions are good.. or why not rotate out the incline and decline lifts.. one week do incline, next week decline? Just a thought..

Why not just do an upper body day and a lower body day 2x a week? Your chest routine is way too much.

Yes you're doing too much. I really think you should pick no more than 2 heavy pressing movements and do them first, then mess around with BS things like flyes if you so desire.

So the general consensus seems to be 2x8 on flat/incline/decline and 1x8 on the fly's, thanks guys.
