I'm having trouble doing BB rows. When I lean forward I feel like I'm about to fall forward from the weight so I stick my butt out a bit. (I'm trying to stay leaned forward.) I pull the weight up to my upper abs and lower it down slowly. I guess my problem would be stability? Doing them right after "heavy" squats is a bit hard because my legs start to shake like crazy.

Dont do them after squats, are you working out your back/legs in the same workout ? i do them only with back day, what i do is lean forward and stick my ass out so i dont fall, row the bar to my lower abs or upper abs if you want to target rear delts more.

I'm currently doing bill starrs routine and I refuse to remove squats. I've fallen in loe with them.

Thanks. I just went through the movements and i think i should be doing a bit of a closer grip to hit my back better. We'll see how my balance is afterwards when I get back to the gym.
