Over the passed couple of years Ive noticed that I am tired alot. I could sleep for 12hrs and not feel refreshed. This last few weeks, Id come home from work and just crash. I am 26, do cardio 3 days a week and lift 2 days. I am in good shape, take protien, vitamins, creatine, and NO Xplode

I heard more B12 is good, but I dont know.

You may have sleep apnea. Just a thought. I have it, I am always tired. I stop breathing many times durring the night so I don't get into REM sleep.

I always have to sleep with my cheekbone on my bicep while laying on my stomach (if you can picture that) to breath through my nose, otherwise I sleep with my mouth open and drool everywhere lol

I exercise 5 days a week. sleep 11-6 and eat well. I had bloodwork done a while back and I think he said my monocytes (sp?) were high, but I cant remember and I dont know why I didnt pursue it further.

Getting more sleep doesnt mean you are less tired, so try and get 7-9 hours of sleep instead of 12+. Also sleep apnea could be a problem. Go to one of those places where they watch you sleep and see if you have any problems there.
