    Fuck I'm in no shape to play but I'm gonna go for it. It's gonna be fun to play the HS varsity team with a bunch of 25-30 year olds.

    The last time I played in the HS stadium I was 175 lbs. It's going to be a lot harder at 245. :rofl:

    Part of me wants to run my ass off for 3 weeks to try to get in shape. I just hit a bench PR though and I'm gaining weight right now. Fuck! I might just play goalie.

    If you bust your ass for two weeks you get some quick adaptations that will help you a lot.

    werd. two weeks of solid cardio will at least put you in a position where you can run the length of the field at least twice before you're benched
