I usually eat like 2 whole eggs and 2 or 3 egg whites, and some oatmeal and milk, or a small bowl of ceral and milk, or a whole bunch of egg whites and a pida bread. But lately if I eat anything it seems to slow me down. MY boss has noticed it lately and is always offering to buy my energy drinks and stuff, but I have no interest in shitty bitter tasting energy drinks. What would you reccommend for the morning so I can still get a whole bunch of protien with minimal carbs?

Are you putting a lot of salt on your eggs? I notice after I eat a meal full of salt I feel a bit out of it till I drink about 2 gallons of water and get nice and bloated.

If your boss is offering to buy you energy drinks, I'd take him up on that offer! I really like the low-carb monster energy drinks (only 10 cals).

You might be giving yourself a blood sugar spike and then crash if you're eating a lot of sugar & refined carbs. Are you eating instant oatmeal or the real stuff? I'd cut the pita breads too (unless they're whole grain).

Yeah its the instant stuff but its just plain oatmeal, no added sugar or anything. Yeah I drink low-carb monsters once in awhile, but they make me get really hyper than I crash. I like drinking them before I workout but not during a long day at work.

that max milk stuff is kinda expensive how long does it last? Also what brand of whey would you reccommend?
