Alternating REPS/WEIGHT ???

    I read that with calves you need to switch between targeting fast twitch and low twitch to really get them to grow.

    My question is can switching between High Weight/Low Rep and Low Weight/High Rep every other week or couple weeks......have the same effect for other body parts?

    Anyone switch their rep counts a bunch?

    Yeah this and traps seem to be common problem areas. I guess if you are measuring them and noticed no change for a while, have fun experimenting. There really are alot of different solutions but your genetics will determine what works.

    I remember reading one OT'er experimenting with very slow reps, heavy weight. That finally got his calves to grow.
