Alt + Ctrl + Delete

    When I hit ALT + CTRL + DELETE

    it shows up like this

    I cannot switch between the tabs, is this a virus hiding the top portion??

    Perhaps but it's more likely that you are not logged in as an administrator of the machine or domain.

    Yeah as far as I know is one of those undocumented things and that's the only way to toggle it. I probably figured it out when I sat down at someone's computer and it looked like that, so I started clicking around randomly until I fixed it.

    next time use CTRL-ALT-Delete instead of the ALT-CTRL-Delete. It makes the task list show up quicker..
