Where in OR is that?
Willamette Valley near the town of Alsea.
very nice. I dont mind the tree but I dont like that it is blocking where the water is coming from.
i have a few from a little further down and it seems like the tree improves the composition and gives some scale. ill go back in and find one without it and see what you guys think.
here are a couple of different angles. what do you guys like?
i need to work on that, it looks hazy and dull.
I've been there!! I LOVE highway 34!
a few weeks ago i took my M car through there in the wet all the way to the coast. i had a blast, although i had to stay on my toes to avoid big puddles.
IMO the composition could be a tad better, but not too bad. And just a little Photoshop goes a long way.......
i'd like to do shots like these. how long did u keep the shutter open?
bad form to take someones photo, retouch it, and repost it without asking permission before.
I doubt there's a ND filter on that. The water was probably moving fast enough one wasn't needed, just shot around f/22 or something.
Blair... good sense of motion, on the 1st 2, the top part of the water is blown out, but the rest is perfect!
1. Its posted on a LARGE forum, aka the internet.
2. I didn't hack it up, I merely offered suggestions to some post-processing
3. The pictures were posted requesting feedback.
So, with that said, if that offending you...........maybe you should think twice before posting your pics on the intrAweb.
What did you do in the post processing there Frank Beans?
