    so this kid claims he can bench 145 x 10. now, the part i'm calling bs on is this. one month ago he said he can get 130, maybe 135 once if he tried really hard. now hes telling me can do 145 x 10 easily, because his "bro helped him a lot!"

    now maybe it is possible, but i know this kid, and he is fucking annoying, always saying he can do this and that. i just wanna know if you guys think he can do that. or even better, is it easy to go from 130-135 x 1 > 145 x 10 in about 1 month?

    lol. oh yea and his max bench is 160. now does that make sense? how can your max bench be 160, but you can push 145 x 10 :ugh:

    i know, that's not the point. you don't know this kid, he makes up a lot of shit. it's just stupid and i really doubt he is telling the truth. Going from 130-135 once to 145 for 10 times with your max bench being 160, in one month? doesn't it seem a bit fishy to you?

    don't worry bro, nobody uses the gym equipment in my apartament complex :coolugh:, ok maybe a few people but i really don't give a shit, and yea! i won't let this SERIOUSLY ANNOYING RASH GET THE BEST OF ME. i got a shot today, i think it's finally starting to go away :bowdown:

    oh well if you werent talking shit then i retract my shit talking

    height 5'10

    current weight is 155

    last time i maxed out flat bench it was about 230, decline i can get around 250ish (decline is my favorite bench)

    on my superdrol cycle i hit 405 to parrallel but my strenght dropped some i hit around 335 for 5 last time. - squat

    deadlift i can get 405 up once with a belt and wrist wraps.

    not bad, not bad, especially for the weight, i got a while to go but right now i can do 190/280/not sure on deadlift but i can pull 225 7-8 times, don't work on these nearly as much as i should, and i currently weigh 135 (i can explain :coolugh:) i think i'm kinda stuck on a plateau so i'm gonna try to figure something out

    im doing high reps on deadlifts for the part of the program i am currently on so tonite ill be hitting 225 x 15 for 2 sets.

    nice, i hope i'm doing deadlifts with the right form...i think i am, just gotta make sure so i don't end up screwing up my back...that's part of the reason i don't do them a lot, and because my grip really sucks..i really need to practice a lot more

    make sure you keep arch in your back and pull the bar literally up your shins and you should be good

    yea i try to keep my ass low to the ground and make sure my back is well rounded...it's like i'm doing a squat and then my back takes over, i've just noticed that sometimes the form is off a little, especially with more weight...i probably just need more practice and i'll get it right eventually
