Alright since many have asked, heres my current diet

    7am
    8oz eggwhite
    1/2 cup oat
    1/4 cup almonds
    20 oz water

    10am
    1 can tuna
    1/2 cup broc
    tbsp olive oil
    red wine vinegar
    20 oz water

    12:30
    8oz chicken with salsa or pepper sauce
    1/2 cup broc
    20 oz water

    3:00
    same as 10 am meal

    5:00
    ISS research whey shake

    5-8 train/cardio etc
    immediately after, 20 oz gatorade and BCAA

    8pm
    10oz beef or steak
    dinner salad w/ 1 tbsp olive oil, red wine vinegar
    20 oz water

    10pm
    ISS research whey shake

    2am
    RTD 51 shake ( usually do)

    I run this 2 days then I add 1/2 cup rice to meal 10am,12:30pm,3pm, I take out almonds and olive oil on carb days also.

    I end up 5 low and two high

    I am also burning 600+ calories on cardio now

    thats a lot of food.. do you have time for your family!??!
    i wish i could spend time eating that well..although, ive been better, just increasing protein and cutting out crap, ive lost 5lbs in 2 weeks..

    its really not alot, its barely 3000 calories and 300 protein

    wife gets me up or my piss clock goes off, its between 2-4 usually, have a baby helps since I dont sleep much anyway

    Kinda sounds like the Ronnie Coleman diet... I watched his movie today, thats why i said it. It always seems he is at Chili's having a steak or chicken...

    how's the tuna and brocolli? I've been getting a bit tired of tuna and lettuce lately and brocolli sounds liek an interesting subsitute.

    btw, what kind of fat and carbs does all that give ya?

    I eat the tuna sepertatley then the broc is raw, I just shovel it in...chew...drink..swallow. I have had tuna for 15 years, Im sick of it but used to it.

    High days the carbs are about 230 and 60ish on the low

    I cant remember the fats, I got it all written done though, if I remember I will add it here for you

    tues- legs
    wed - chest/bi
    thursday - cardio calves abs
    friday - back
    saturday- shoulders /tris
    sunday - cardio calves abs
    monday is off everything but will be cardio starting monday, so 6 days a week is cardio now

    red yeast rice
    milk thistle
    joint supplement
    BCAA

    they all work and do there job pretty well
