Alright. I'm on the road for 4 days a week. AKA not always a fridge

    what should i pack in my bag :noes:

    I usually take:
    Loaf of 100% Whole Wheat Bread
    4 packets of tuna
    Jar of natty PB
    Protein Powder
    Kashi Bars (Honey Almond Flax)
    bag of almonds

    What else is good? Tuna has started giving me heart burn. I'm also thinking about getting wraps from the grocery store, and finding some lettuce and throwing it in the tuna wraps :noes:

    the other 2 flavors for those Kashi bars are good too... the peanut one has 1 extra g of protein... hehe

    also, beef jerky is good to snack on... leaner the better

    i hate those shits

    i'm gonna go tommorrow and buy all the kashi bar boxes i guess. Are they really healthy though. And HOW could i forget beef jerky :yum:
