    so ive been reading these F&N threads for the last year and a lot of them helped me out while i was at school and had a workout room. now im outta school and dont have a workout room to deal with. so i need some suggestions here as to what i can do.

    im pretty good with nutrition and eating right and i try to get some basic exercise going, but im in need of a 5 day routine here. can someone make me a 5 day routine with what to eat? im an ex-soccer player so i have the stam for running and what not. ive been reading the different exercises that you guys have posted but some of them just dont make any sense to me (weight lifting mainly). can anyone help me out here? im about 5'11" and weight about 200lbs. im not looking to gain a whole lot of muscle right now (till i can get my ass to a workout area) so i guess im looking to get rid of the extra fat i got. any help is greatly appriciated :sadwavey:
