Alright Brolly Pollies come criticize my progress.

    Some of you may remember I made a thread asking how to change my diet & workout for best results and as expected every one recommended the Pur Plan so here are my 8 week progress pics.

    During the 8 weeks I followed the diet very close I had a total of 7 cheat MEALS.

    Details
    Went from 20% BF to 17%
    From 210lbs to 202lbs
    Lost ~2.5in off belly

    One thing I didn't do is much cardio I probably did like 3 days a week of basketball. I'm looking to bring that 17% down to 10-12% so I think I'm going to have to really get serious about cardio.

    those things are inaccurate.


    progress looks good man but it's hard to tell since the lighting and camera angles changed. Still it seems like you've seen some progress.

    the second pic is a little more angled than the first but I did lean out quite a bit I think. I'm starting to see a lot of muscle definition and I've gotten noticeably bigger. Overall I'm very happy with the results & will continue on the Pur plan :hs:

    I'm going to try and bust out cardio 5 days a week in hopes of getting rid of those fucking love handles

    Fuck I thought 7 cheat meals out of 312 was pretty good that's like 98% clean.

    I could see it being off a bit but not 13% brosef. I also Check it more than once through out the day and it never changes more than .3
