I remember these being announced at CES this year. Anyone know the models are out now and if so which models?

Its a seperate adaptor that you have to purcahse. As far as I'm aware, there wont be anything where you can just plug it in.

I know it runs over the AI-net bus, so if I were to buy a new Alpine with the Ai-net bus, I would be able to add the adaptor whenever it came out?

I bought an Alpine 2 years ago and it will work with the iPod controller.

The iPod has to have the docking port too.
