  1. quick question, will http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5714839970&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT be compatible with http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1498&item=5715697517&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW?

reason i ask is i'm going to install this headunit into my car and want to be able to play dvd/mp3s for affordable prices and i know the cva-1003 is an ainet headunit, but ive seen auctions of people selling the headunit with various brand dvd players and changers. i know for sure that most m-bus changers aren't compatible with this headunit without a modulator of some sort. wanted to know if this blaupunkt unit will work with the alpine headunit before i buy it. just as simple as hooking up a/v cables between the two correct? sorry im a little n00bish to car audio.

  2. btw im also ordering a replacement remote from alpine and was wondering if i can program the remote with the HU myself at home, or will i have to bring it to an authorized dealer?

  5. ok i have the headunit installed and about ready to order the changer BUT i have a huge concern.

when i hook up these two together, they will be hooked together via a/v cables correct? well when in aux mode, i'm sure i'll be able to hear music, but will there be some sort of video? like will i be able to browse through the mp3 folders on the screen? or will it just be music and no video?
