Almost broke both my ankles today

    I was doing seated calves and I thought I had the stopper in and I just dropped down, as that happened, the stopper slipped out and all the weight came crashing down on my ankles...it hurt so bad :wtc:

    It could've been far worse though.

    I did that a few years back. Hurt like hell. Ankle made the one of the worst popping noises i have ever heard.

    Mine didn't quite do that, but my left ankle is still kinda sore.

    I the full pain didnt hit me till later that day. I had to be wheelchaired out of work, ankle was super swollen. Very embarassing. :wtc:

    are you talking about that horseback calve thing?

    thats better than me, I used that thing for like a year before I noticed there was a stopper you had to swing out of the way :o

    I hate that thing. I could do much more weight but it kills my knees

    not a year, but like 4-5 months. at my old gym. i stopped going to the gym for about a year and started up a few months ago. and I forgot again :o so the past couple of months i didnt notice. you cant blame me no one works out their legs at normal gyms so I never saw anyone else use it until a few days ago.
