almonds any good?

    they're great, filled with good fat (~1/2 its weight is fat).

    only thing you gotta watch is how much you eat because they are loaded with calories from said fat

    Keep them inline with your diet requirements for calories and they are as previously stated deliciously tasty. 44 Kernels is 300+ cal. So don't eat the whole bag.

    44 kernals? that's a TON if you're talking 44 almonds


    I had a handful.. maybe 10..

    god damn they are good I could eat the entire bag easily

    I use them as meals.

    oatmeal 7 am
    shake 10 am
    chicken+brocolli 1 pm
    almonds 4pm
    almonds 7 pm
    shake 8pm
    TRAIN
    shake pwo

    They fit the fat into my diet (rest is really lean) and they are damn tasty.
