    Sweet. I'm a big fan of Waterbury's routines. Currently on my last week of Total Body Training and I loved it.

    wow, thanks. i've been using his stuff for awhile now. i like his total body stuff.

    I'm up about 5lbs or so and look like bodyfat didn't change. Definite strength gains... endurance being the most noticeable since I had been using low reps for a long time before going on this routine. In order to constantly rotate exrcises I did a lot of exercises that I haven't done in a while or haven't done ever. I packed on muscle where I needed it and a few people actually told me that I looked bigger in the past 2 weeks or so. The program is very demanding towards the end and will have you huffing and puffing.

    iv been eying off doing his TBT or BBB, how many times do you do it per week? 3 seems kind of minimal :hs:

    3 times a week, done correctly, will wipe you out.
