I use splenda in my natural iced tea when I get my Chinese buffet in town ... can't stand to use it any other time.

how do you nogs not like splenda?

  9. Why don't you just eat regular peanut butter instead ? It's like 2 grams of sugar extra and the trans fat content is negligible.
