I'm through with it. I'm all for dieting properly to lose weight, but this diet is a little too extreme for me. On top of that, I've never been so tired throughout the day in my life (lack of carbs) and have never dreaded a meal so much before (carb meal). I'm sure my body would adjust, but the psychological damage is too great Yes, I'm being a wimp, but I lost 30lb on a much "friendlier" diet in the past, so I'll just go with a modified version of that. However, I'm going to incorporate certain parts of the cutdiet into my other diet, so this past week wasn't in vain. For those of you who have stuck with this diet, I genuinely applaud you and your iron-will.
