Every gain i've seen in the past 2 years is now officially gone, I am probably the skinniest fat guy you will ever see, no definition what so ever,

6 months of working 100 hour weeks and having bronchitis for the past 3 months has destroyed me physically,

on the plus side, I feel healthy, I just need my lungs to get better and then I will be back in the gym,

does anyone have any tips for weaning myself back in after a bout of virus's and chest infections?

I really hope my muscles have a good memory :( because i miss the gym

What on earth do you do to be working 100 hours weeks for that long?

:) cheers guys, I know I need to go to the gym, but I don't want to destroy myself health wise, I think I actaully had a sinus infection for around 12-18 months, or it is a coincidence that a round of antibiotics has made me feel like a new man (with a bad chest still though)

I run a business, work 7 days a week on call 24 hours a day, usually stuck working from at least 9am - 12pm each day. but hiring some new staff and some outsourcing is solving my problem :),
