TAT Album Artwork as a tattoo? - copyright and such...

    So there is this hand painted album cover that would like to get turned into a sleeve.

    What are the moral/legal/ethical issues are walking into a tattoo shop with the album and saying 'copy this onto my arm'?




    So this thread isn't worthless, sort of along the lines of

    My brothers have a friend that has a band logo/album cover on his back. I think its a generally bad idea to get a band related item. But no, they won't turn you away.

    with as much as my taste in music has changed and continues to change in my short lifetime... it'd take something pretty spontaneous to get band imagery permanently on my body.
