So I have half a fillet of Alaskan pollock left and right now I'm sitting at just over 100g of protein for the day. The rest of it would put me at like 130g. I didn't do that much lifting today, so my question is would it be better to eat it or not? I hear too much protein can pack a punch on the kidneys. What should I do? :noes::o

you definitely need more than 100g of protein a day if your working out regularly.

minimum 1-1.2g/kg if your bulking, 1.2-1.4g/kg if your cutting
