I will be moving out in July and bought an airport express to go with my macbook and I also will be running a dell on the same network.
I received a free printer when i bought my gf the dell, the printer is a dell 720 (rebadged lexmark z615), will i be able to use this printer on the network bc i can't find where to install the drivers on my macbook to print using the USB cord?

ultimately, will i be able to use this on the network and/or now through usb?

    Thanks

printer drivers are preinstalled on OS X unless you removed them. so yeah it should work no problem.

osx has issues with dell printers. that particular one doesn't have compatible drivers. hook it up to your macbook first and give it a shot. if it doesn't work directly hooked up it's not going to work over the air.
