I was talking to a recruiter and he told he that if you join the Air Force, tuition for my Masters would be 100%. Is that correct.

My second question is how much time is there to go to school. Tuition might get paid but will i really have time to take classes at a local college?

Nope their is no 100% tuition assistance. If your masters is cheaper then what they will pay...then yea its all paid for but if its not, its on you.

I already have a degree. I looking into getting into the Air Force as an Officer and would be looking into getting my Masters. Same rules apply?

depends what your job entails and how much time you have to give up in your own life or how much you can handle.

yea same rules apply, there is a limit per yr they will pay, once you hit it, its yours. Getting the AF as an officer is crap shoot as it is, I wouldnt have getting my masters as a reason on that list.

I pay about $175/class out of pocket for my masters, plus books.

    edit, I pay 175/class, not 100.

they'll pay $250/credit hour towards your masters. most masters programs are significantly more expensive, especially MBAs. still helps, but the "100% tuition assistance" is not really accurate.
