So I'm on week 4 of the air alert III vert. jump program...I've noticed that since week 3, I've gotten these insane headaches at the end of every set of leap ups, where I come close to throwing up. But because I need extra hops for volleyball next year, I've just shrugged it off, since the headaches go away after 5 mins. This isn't good for me, obviously, but are there any long term effects? Anything else I need to worry about? (I've heard about AA fucking up the knees, dunno if it's true though)

Btw, any people with experience with air alert, lemme know how it went :x:

Its the intense change in altitude. Look up AMS cures, maybe bring a bottle of oxygen up with you.

Oh my bad, sorry guys for the confusion. Air alert is a vertical jump program that I do at ground level. It's not about bad air quality, and not changing altitudes lol :p

Anywho, this is the Leap Up workout:
    Step1
: When beginning, bend down to a 1/4 squat position with your hands out in front of you and jump up
Step2: Jump up into the air to a minimum of 8 to 10 inches. (You may jump 10 to 12 inches if this is too easy) When in the air, your hands should be back by your side. When you land, this completes 1 repetition.
Step3: Same as step 1. Step 3 begins repetition 2
    Step4: Same as step 2

    Any advice?

EDIT: I've been doing 3 sets of 30 reps at week four.
